Heritage Lottery Fund Monitoring & Mentoring

 

Paul was one of the first HLF monitors starting to act on behalf of the funder in 1997.  Ellen became a monitor shortly afterwards and now combines this with a balanced portfolio of mentoring.  Ellen is also asked for specialist advice to help resolve difficult issues as and when they arise.
